Essay

In scientific work presents new theoretical information on hydrodynamics of bile passage depending on the anatomical and morphological status of the biliary tract. Depending on the rate of rise the bile hypertension and clearance terminal part of the common bile duct is allocated three types of passage of bile. Presents results of treatment of 420 patients with impaired patency of the biliary tract benign etiology. Determined the specificity and sensitivity of clinical, laboratory, X-ray and instrumental methods of diagnosis in patients with biliary obstruction. An algorithm is proposed for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oligosymptomatic forms impaired patency of the terminal part of the common bile duct.
