Andrukh I. Psychological conditions of emotional burnout's preventing of operational employees of the Security service of the Ukraine.

The author analyzes the existing in psychology approaches to the study of the phenomenon of emotional burnout of specialist of extreme profession during its professionalization, the main factors influencing its emergence and development. The main factor causing emotional burnout from operating officer of the Security service of the Ukraine, are the emotional problems of his professional communication.Diagnosed indices of emotional burnout among operational staff of the Security service of the Ukraine depending on age, sex, and operational experience. Developed, tested and verificano program prevent burnout operational staff of the Security service of the Ukraine. According to the results of empirical studies to basic psychological conditions prevent burnout operating officer attributed the awareness of the uniqueness of his personality, positive attitude, awareness of the need for self-regulation of emotional States and the mastery of appropriate techniques and standards of professional activity, professional communication at a high level of professional skills, development of professionally significant qualities, increase emotional stability.
