Essay

The object - рolitical technologies. The objective an exposure of functional potential and role of language in political technologies in a context state-creative processes of Ukraine The study employs the systematic, historical, comparative and other methods. The theoretical and practical results classification of political technologies (on the systems of receptions and procedures that are used during electoral processes and on conditions of absence of hustings), and also making suggestions in relation to perfection of normatively-legal base of functioning of official language in Ukraine. The novelty theoretical and methodological principles of research offeatures of application of language are offered in political technologies from position uses of substantive provisions of analysis of the systems; the working model of functional potential of language is offered, that recreates a specific and basic directions of her existence in socio-political space; it is explained new practices of the use of language question during organization and of realization electoral campaigns in Ukraine; certain contradiction of functionality of language is specified in relation to genesis, escalation and settlements of between ethnic /international conflict; basic directions and practices of the use a language factor for the increase of level of efficiency of application of political technologies in the context of forming Ukrainian politically administrative elite. The rate of implementation development of concrete recommendations in relation to the analysis of socio-political problems of Ukrainian society, that are base on language factor. The scope of application activity of imperious structures, political and public organizations.
