Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of efficiency in competitive sports training period-qualified players based simulation training process. It is shown that the problem of constructing the training process of football players in the competitive period, characterized by untimely and calendar variables related to the lack of a systematic approach to rational use of training loads of different size and orientation in preparation for official games.
