Essay

The subject of the dissertation is to discuss the specifics of the professional burnout of personality that happens to professional coaches. In this work it is proven that the appearing of the burnout effect during the professional activity of a coach might negatively influence his or her work efficiency. Sport coaches who live in the help sphere (human-human system), who's life is in the environment directly involved with stresses such as: high pressure; administrative or parental involvement or neglect; disciplinary problems; different personality traits with which coach has to deal; a big amount of roles they have to live, etc.
