Essay

The work is dedicated to improving the efficiency of processing parts foundry of providing the required condition of surfaces by using more advanced methods of treatment, such as abrasive jet treatment. For the first time decided scientific and technical problem of productivity the abrasive jet processing, by using more resistant to wear special tools and guidelines to use it. Durability is ensured by the formation of the air layer, which eliminates abrasive contact with the inner working surface of abrasive jet nozzle. It is possible to replace the worn tool 2 times less than with the standard.
