According to the program of a natural physiological and hygienic experiment, comparative analytical, hygienic, sociological, physiological, psychological, medical and social researches were carried out. It was studied the effect of conditions and the character of vocational training on the functional state and health of high school students in Kharkiv vocational school of building and social rehabilitation. There were lyceum students with different levels of social adaptation (students with disabilities, students - orphans, healthy students from wealthy families). It was found that the lyceum students, regardless of their social status, are in common and favorable conditions of teaching and working environment that takes into account the special needs of persons with disabilities. It determines a leading role of the social adaptation level in forming of their life activity. It is proved that the level of social adaptation is directly reflected in the success of cognitive and psycho-emotional state of lyceum students, with the key role of psychological state, which is directly related to the character of life activity and the prevalence of prenozological mental states (of asthenic, depressive and hypochondriac nature). A significant features in the process of social adaptation are health, sex, age of lyceum student, the system of teaching and chosen profession. System of prenozological diagnostic and psychohygienic optimization of the functional state and health of adolescents is worked out based on the synthesis of patterns of educational and working environment influence on the organism of lyceum students with low levels of social adaptation caused by disability and abandonment).
