The thesis is dedicated to theoretical generalization and scientific solution of predicting pregnancy complications depending on the contents of toxic (lead, cadmium) and essential (copper, zinc) elements in the blood of women, in cord blood and in breast milk in physiological and complicated course of gestation. The practical significance is to improve the monitoring system based on the determination of individual risk of anemia in pregnancy, threatened abortion and gestational pyelonephritis.
