Essay

Object of research - initial heating process timber wood pine and oak before drying. The objective - to study laws of thermal process development and wood resource saving modes initial heating timber before drying. Methods of investigation - general research methodology heat and mass transfer processes, application methods, mathematical statistics, approximation, experimental methods. Scientific novelty. A new physical model of the heating timber, on which you can find in a certain temperature wood for heating coordinate and define a certain length of wood temperature heating process; developed by physical and mathematical model of the plate, which characterizes the change in temperature in the different layers of lumber during heating and helps identify the dynamic characteristics of the drying chamber; for the first time synthesized calculated dependent on which state determined by the temperature of wood during the heating and thermal power unit of heat. Practical importance. The method of investigation of physical properties, the essence of which is the choice of experimental considering its origin, the results of the initial analysis methods of heating wood in various industrial processes wood processing taking into account efficiency of thermal energy, the method of determining the cost of thermal energy for heating wood for gradient mode of change of temperature, found values of specific heat and thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity, which allows to determine the thermal characteristics of wood pine and oak and heat transfer value of criteria Bio, Fourier and dimensionless temperature, the analysis of the equation of thermal balance and thermal efficiency of the equipment, without solving differential equations of heat conduction, the efficacy of thermal energy in the process of heating wood, the effectiveness of the developed modes initial heating lumber confirmed in a production environment, and the main results of the study implemented at "ENO FURNITURE LTD", results obtained in the thesis are used in educational disciplines: "Technology of Drying and Protection of Wood", "Mass Transfer Processes of Woodworking" which are taught at Ukrainian National Forestry University.
