Object of research: process of vocational training of the future teachers of the fine arts; an object of research: technology of formation of artly-estetic competence of the future teachers of the fine arts in the course of arts and crafts studying; methods of pedagogical research: theoretical - the theoretical analysis of the philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodical literature from research problems, interpretation of theories and techniques; generalisation of the Ukrainian and foreign experience of teaching and educational work; empirical - supervision over educational process, conversation, questioning; pedagogical experiment in a combination of preparatory, ascertaining and forming stages; statistical - quantitative and qualitative processing of results of pedagogical experiment.
