The dissertation is devoted to formation of psychological position of equality in interpersonal interactions of future teachers research, and to theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to study this phenomenon. The essence of the term "the psychological position of teachers' equality" is revealed, psychological factors of researching formation are identified. The criteria are substantiated and levels and indicators of psychological position of equality in future teachers' interpersonal interactions are found. The ratio of psychological position of equality with factors of its development in interpersonal interactions of future teachers and statistically proven relationships between them are found. The model "accompaniment of psychological position of equality of future teachers formation" is elaborated. The expediency and efficiency of the psychological program and social and psychological training of future teachers' position of equality development is proved. Methodical recommendations for teachers, curators and psychologists to improve the capacity of the studied psychological formation are developed.
