The thesis is dedicated to research of the kinetics of extraction mixture of bioactive polyphenolic compounds from waste of hop cones, origano vulgare and seed wilde carrot. It was made a research on the effect of the concentration of water-ethanol mixture to remove a target substance. Determination kinetics constants of process.
