Essay

The thesis is devoted to study the features of clinical course, vaginal microbiota, hormonal, cytokine, macro and trace element homeostasis, morphological structure of ovaries for women with PCOS against a background of inflammation of the pelvic organs. In the study of the clinical course of the syndrome was discovered higher frequency of intermenstrual bleeding (42.25%), hypo ovulation of periodic menstrual disorders, the prevalence of acne hirsutism syndrome, the presence of pain and heavy discharge from the vagina. The morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics for patients with PCOS, and PID of polycystic ovaries on the background of inflammation and lymph are plasma cells infiltration in the stroma of ovarian downregulation of estrogen and progesterone receptors and proliferative marker-regenerator KI-67. An important role in the mechanism of hormonal homeostasis disorders with PCOS against the background of PID has increased synthesis of IL-18 and myeloperoxidase. It was revealed that increased levels of zinc, nickel and manganese subject to availability PCOS and inflammatory diseases of the genital are reasons to assume that they take part in the disruption of folliculogenesis and ovulation, due to their properties. Based on the detected features a set of improved treatment was developed and tested for patients with PCOS on the PID background, which provides a more pronounced and prolonged menstrual function, reduces symptoms and improves clinical hormonal parameters.
