The author makes a survey of classical and modern investigations, which show the connection of value-semantic sphere with the processes of decision making, analyses the classifications of personality's choices. The author discovered distinct correlations between components of value-semantic sphere and decisions made by the investigated people. First of all, we deal with positive connections of the value of education with effective strategy of solving problems, value of freedom and public recognition with impulsive strategy, and value of life wisdom with cautious strategy. We reveal the influence of qualities, which are measured nearly by all PIL scales, on the processes of decision making in the conditions of partial uncertainty. The choice of positive interpretation of undefined stimuli correlate in a positive way with the availability of meaningfulness in the person's life, while the choice of neutral interpretation of undefined stimuli correlate in a negative way with nearly all PIL scales. Factor analysis founds some additional aspects of the connection of value-semantic sphere with the processes of decision making. So, the choice of positive or negative interpretation of undefined stimuli, and also the use of effective or cautious strategy of decision making are connected with the level of person's Machiavellianism. Cluster analysis provided us with the possibility to widen our ideas about value subtext of decision making processes. The effective strategy of decision making in our tasks appeared to be connected with the value of productive life, the impulsive strategy is connected with the social value of having good and faithful friends, and the cautious strategy is connected with the values of responsibility and diligence. The choice of positive interpretation of undefined stimuli is connected with the values of entertainment, high requests and intolerance of shortcomings, the choice of negative interpretation is connected with the value of tolerance, and the choice of neutral interpretation is connected with the value of cheerfulness.
