Rakitina N. The Competitiveness of Multinational Corporations of High Technology Business

The thesis is devoted to the research of the management systems of competitiveness of multinational corporations in the era of technoglobalism establishment. The thesis is revealed conditions, consequences and peculiarities of competition in terms of global turbulence, disclosed modern mechanisms and instruments of ensuring the competitiveness of high-tech multinationals. Modern methods of evaluating of high-tech companies competitiveness are characterized and their systematization based on generalizations of corporate practices is held in the thesis. The thesis is proposed models of management of super and medium high tech companies' competitiveness, as well as small and medium-sized companies of high-tech business. Cross-cultural specificity of high-tech companies' competitiveness is identified and evaluated comprehensively in the thesis. The application of process approach in the management system of global high-tech business companies is proved in the thesis. The ways of increasing the competitive position of Ukrainian companies in high-tech segments of the global market by statutory, organizational and regulatory, financial and motivational tools on micro, meso and macro level are reasoned in the thesis.
