Slobodyanyuk D. Psychological peculiarities, psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis disadaptation in students with social phobia

The study provided in Center of psychological counseling and based on complex observation 120 students I - II courses of medical and dental faculties of Vinnitsa National Medical University named after Pirogov, Ministry of Health of Ukraine. We conducted scientific grounding and practical solution the actual problem of psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis social disadaptation in students with social phobia that made on analysis and comprehensive assessment of psychopathological, psychosocial and interpersonal-communicative factors for their occurrence. The work studied manifestations of social disadaptation in students with social phobia, analyzed psychopathological phenomenon of social phobia as the basis of social disadaptation, investigated influence of psychosocial factors on the development of social disadaptation in students with social phobia, determinated the role of emotional and social intelligence in the genesis of social disadaptation in students with social phobia. Based on summarizing the data we established factors, markers and indicators of social disadaptation among students with social phobia, which were the basis for grounding, development and implementation of psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis program for social disadaptation among students with social phobia. The effectiveness of program proved on the base of evidence-based medicine.
