Research is dedicated to the problem of forming future teachers' readiness to health forming activity at primary school. It was analyzed the problem of forming future teachers' readiness to health forming activity at primary school. It is educed in theory the pedagogical terms of forming future teachers' readiness the reasonably and experimentally tested to health forming activity at primary school. The model of forming the readiness of future teachers is projected to health forming activity at primary school which consists of destination, theoretical-methodological, semantic, organizational-technological and effectively-estimating blocks. Criteria, indexes and levels of formed future teachers' readiness are certain to health forming activity at primary school.
