Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the features of the reparative regeneration of liver and kidneys at their drug-induced injury by rifampicin and isoniazid in immature rats and corrections by thiotriazoline and quercetin. It was established that while using rifampicin and isoniazid alteration of highly specialized hepatocytes with diploid set of nuclear DNA and an increase in nuclear DNA-fragmentation of the liver and cortex of kidneys take place. The activation of reparative regeneration of liver cells after injury mainly occurs according to the mechanism of polyploidization. At correction with thiotriazoline activation of reparative regeneration of damaged liver tissue is attributable to amplification of processes of differentiation and functional specialization of hepatocytes, reduction in nuclear DNA-fragmentation, as well as on the mechanism of depolyploidization of hepatocytes. The reduction in DNA-fragmentation of the cortex of the kidneys is observed both while using thiotriazoline and quercetin. In the case of liver and kidneys injury during administration of rifampicin and isoniazid there is a higher level of serum insulin-like factor-1 in comparison with the control.
