Essay

Object of research - process of thermal processing solid mineral resources in pulsed fluidized bed. The objective is to justification for constructive parameters and regimes the air flow pulsators for single-chamber dryers with fluidized bed technology to improve the efficiency processing of mineral resources. Methods of researches. The complex method that includes analysis and generalization the known research results, experimental research the technical devices, pulsators, methods for numerical solutions of differential equations and mathematical modeling are used. The dependence influence the parameters of pulsating flow on the characteristics of the fluidized bed in the thermal processing of mineral resources based on the model equations of motion of a particle of variable mass. For the first time pulsators designs are developed that are protected by patents of Ukraine. The results of the thesis were used to develop " Methodology for the calculation of pulsating flow rational characteristics taking into account the properties of air-fuel mixture" and "Recommendations for the selection and substantiation of rotary pulsators parameters" that were tested in the Institute of Coal Power Technologies National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, transmitted and used in PJSC "SPA" Haymek", LLC "Shahtostroymontazh"; EUNU named by V.Dal, DonSTU. The expected economic effect of the developed methodology and recommendations was 432,4 thousands UAH.
