Research object: technological process of making of details and assembling of the impermeable threaded connections in wares from aluminium alloys. Research aim: upgrading of making of the threaded opening in details from aluminium alloys. Research methods: methods of analysis of the systems, methods of analytical geometry and mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the design technique of technological operation of treatment of the threaded opening is worked out in details from an aluminium alloy. Scientific novelty: in theory the perspective going is worked out and offered near providing of quality and impermeability of the threaded connections in the wares of пневмоаппаратури. Sphere of the use : development of technological processes of treatment of opening.
