Object - psycho-emotional conditions of the identity of the student in an examination situation; purpose - to reveal structure and regularities of dynamics of psycho-emotional states in an examination situation depending on features of emotional intelligence of students; methods - theoretical (analysis, systematization and generalization), empirical (supervision, conversation, testing, the forming experiment), mathematic-statistical methods of data processing; novelty - structural features of emotional conditions of students in an examination situation are for the first time revealed; the factorial structure and typological features of emotional intelligence and their role during psycho-emotional conditions of students at examination are defined; features of development of psycho-emotional states in a situation of an examination stress of students with different types of estimated uneasiness are defined; features of relationship of emotional intelligence with personal (motives of the academic self-control, motivation of educational activity, estimated uneasiness), activity (coping-strategy, activity self-organization) and intellectual (social and general intelligence) features of students are specified; development tools of emotional intelligence in the conditions of training in higher education institution for the purpose of self-control of psycho-emotional states are gained further development; as well as ideas of an examination stress as the phenomenon which is characterized by high estimated uneasiness and structural differences of psycho-emotional states; ideas of structure of psycho-emotional states which promote and interfere with achievement of the goal of educational cognitive activity of students in an examination situation are expanded; results - the developing program which is directed to mastering skills and abilities of emotional self-control of states through development of emotional intelligence is developed and approved; the program can be used for increase of efficiency of teaching and educational process in higher education institution; area - psychology.
