Essay

The thesis is an independent accomplished comprehensive academic research on international organizations activity in a sphere of labour relations legal regulation. The author proposes and justifies the classification of such international organizations activity on 3 types, identifies 4 models of directly involved in regulation of labour relations international organizations, defines the efficacy of each of these models, and predictes their further development. It is proved the existence of an international legal mechanism of international organizations cooperation in the legal regulation of labour relations sphere. The International Association for Labour Legislation leadership role in the international labour law origin is determined. Special attention is paid to the analysis International Labour Organisation control mechanism, which contains three components. The mechanisms of cooperation between international organizations and Member States and third countries are also studied. The author studies reasons of administrative tribunals of international organizations establishment and activity, applicable law by these tribunals, carries out a comparative analysis of the right to safe working conditions of international civil servants and state employees in Ukraine, provides suggestions for improvement of certain provisions of the Ukrainian legislation in this sphere.
