Essay

There are three groups of factors which influence the development of "negative", destructive professionally conditioned accentuations among rescuers: professional psychic trauma; breach of value-semantic sphere; breach of adaptive processes occurring in professional activity. In this thesis, a targeted program of occupational psychological screening and support for professional activities of fire-rescue units, which ensures consistency and accumulation of accurate information about the professional competence and professional success of their activities during the period of service, has been developed.
