Essay

The psychological characteristics of on-duty combat activity of officers with technical education of NGU were defined. Using empirical method I defined the factors and the main individual and psychological characteristics of a person which affect on efficiency of on-duty combat activity of officers with technical education of NGU, the effectiveness of studies and on-duty combat training of cadets of the Higher education institutes, and I developed a prediction model of a officer with technical education of NGU with high efficiency of on-duty combat activity.
