The problem of sexual disorders in women with distant post-cesarean complications is extremely important due the increasing number of abdominal birth, which affects not only the health of women, but also on the quality of life, family relationships and psychological state. Results of the 10-year observation showed increase in the number of planned caesarean sections on the testimony of the mother (insolvency uterine scar, clinically narrow pelvis). In 52.5 % of women after cesarean sexual disorders recorded in the 3-year period after delivery, 39.5 % more in the next few years; 55.6 % of women in postpartum vaginal sexual disorders have noted in terms of 7-10 years. Sexual dysfunctions manifested weakening of libido, reduced sexual activity and orgasmic dysfunction. Sexual disorders reinter dependent changes in hormonal status (hypotestosteronemia and hypooestrogenia); GSS indicator increased by 1.1-1.5 times the level of the sexual healthy women and it is one of the prerequisites for the development of sexual dysfunctions and behavioral disorders in women after cesarean section.Menstrual dysfunction in 38.5 % of female secondary algomenorrhea (23.2 %), hyperpolymenorrhoea (19.7 %) or oligomenorrhea (18.6 %) combined with depressed libido caused anxiety and depression in women, sexual and marital maladjustment. Complex pathogenetic treatment including conservative and psychotherapeutic treatment reduced symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, restore sexual sphere of life in orgasmic and emotional levels.
