Essay

The thesis is devoted to the identification of age-related features of psychophysiological states for develop of individual plans of training process in high-qualified wrestlers in the final stages of long-term preparation. The studies are revealed that wrestlers of the third age group (26-34 years) are different from the younger wrestlers on the signs of fatigue, while reducing the autonomy of the formation of action strategies and better mechanisms of vegetative reactions
