Dissertation deals with the study of psychological conditions of correction preschool teachers' professional burnout. The main stages of the concept of "professional burnout" are defined, definitive characteristics are specified, the psychological phenomenology, symptoms, factors; the peculiarities of preschool teachers, burnout are clarified. The psychological determinants of burnout's formation and development are defined as follows: dominance of motivation to avoid failure, elevated levels of neurotism, personal anxiety, perfectionism and particularly self-oriented perfectionism, the excessive expression of psychological defense mechanisms such as: "replacement", "projection", "displacement", desire to a higher social status, dominance over others (value "power" at the level of normative ideals and individual priorities) and reducing the expected positive attitude of the other, existential fulfillment, auto-sympathy, self-esteem, global self-attitude, self-interest, self-confidence, self-distance, other-oriented perfectionism; values "conformity", "hedonism" and "universalism" at the level of normative ideals and "benevolence" at the level of individual priorities, coping strategies of seeking social support, coping strategy focused on avoiding. It was empirically proven that the dynamics of pre-school teachers' professional burnout is causally connected with the force of impact of each of these psychological factors and features of their structuring organization. A structural-functional model for preschool teachers' professional burnout correction, which includes five units: value-target (goal, objectives), methodology (approaches and principles), institutional (methods, techniques, tools, shapes of correction), functional (psychological conditions of correction) and efficient (performance of correction and its criteria) was created. Program for burnout correction with preschool teachers was developed and tested. Training was one of the main means of professional burnout correction. Psychological conditions of effective correction of preschool teachers' professional burnout were demonstrated: 1) updating of humanistic orientation; 2) harmonization of self-attitude and self-esteem; 3) development of dialogical communication skills; 4) development of reflective skills; 5) increasing of stress tolerance and self-control.
