Konyukhova Y. The contract of social rented dwellings according to legislation of Ukraine.

This Dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive research contract of social rented dwellings according to the legislation of Ukraine. It has been proved that this contract is autonomous in the system of civil contracts; mediating living relationship. The paper has established the relation of social rented dwellings to the treaties of "commercial" and "consumer" tenancies, clarified signs of the contract. The contract of social rented dwellings is defined as an agreement, by which one party - the local authority or other authorized body (the lessor), transfers or undertakes to transfer to the other party - the citizen in need of social protection (the employer), and members of his family a dwelling for permanent residence in it, against a fee, the terms of which are defined by law and the contract. The characteristic of the main elements of this agreement - subject, object and content - have been carried out. The dynamics of the relationship in social housing employment was examined. It was found that the use of social housing is based on two interrelated legal relations: contractual and pre-contractual, which are genealogically related. The classifications for the grounds and consequences of the termination of a contract of social renting were made.
