Kupiedinova R. Improving the technology of drip irrigation network operation

Theoretical generalization and new solution to scientific and practical task on improving the operation technology of irrigation network of drip irrigation systems (DIS) are given in the thesis. The mechanism of change of head-capacity curves of emitters while in service, main reasons and the dynamics of irrigation network contamination, formation of self-flushing capacity zones of water flow in irrigation pipelines were studied. Critical process parameters of irrigation network were grounded. It was also grounded the parameters of irrigation network of DIS while in flushing, proposed and scientifically grounded basic measures to maintain the efficiency of irrigation network at the design level. Calculation procedure for hydraulic flushing of irrigation network of DIS was improved. The principles of improving the design of irrigation pipeline of irrigation network of DIS were scientifically grounded.
