Kovalchuk I. Development of professional qualities of a teachers technology in Postgraduate Education

The dissertation presents a theoretical analysis of the development of professional qualities of teachers technologies; describing the basic concepts of the study; the content of related methodological approaches and principles for the development of professional skills of teachers through analysis of the issues and state of development of teacher competencies technologies in service teacher training; and the features of adult education. The essence and content of professional skills of teachers technologies include professional identity, technological thinking, communication, and creativity; with a defined and reasonable system of criteria: valuemotivational, cognitive, subjective-active, and reflexive; including parameters and levels (high, medium, low) as the development of professional qualities of teachers technologies.
