The main goal of the thesis is to make theoretical generalization of scientific and practical solution to the problem, which is to deepen the theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the development of international marketing strategy for IT-companies in the context of entering the world market of information technologies. The model of international marketing strategy in the context of entering companies the world market of information technologies was developed, which is based on iterative nature.
