Object of research - processes of shaping a curved profile on the SB and cutting of its outer surface. The aim of this work is development and implementation of processes for improving efficiency of curved profile on the SB manufacturing. Scientific novelty - theoretical dependences for determining power parameters of curved profile on the SB shaping are derived. Practical implications - technological equipment for SB with curved profile manufacturing was designed. The degree of implementation carried out at ALC "Bulat", PSC "Red Star". The application field is the machine building.
