Essay

The dissertation solved the problem of improving medical and psychological assistance in urological practice, in particular, developed a system of medical and psychological support for patients with single kidney urolithiasis. Based on a comprehensive survey of 120 patients with urolithiasis, among which 60 had a single kidney urolithiasis, and others - simply urolithiasis, comparative analysis of emotional state of patients; investigated their individual psychological and psychosocial characteristics; characterized types of psychological maladjustment in this group (anxiety-living-depressive-dysphoric and egocentric). It was established that the basis of psychological maladjustment urolithiasis patients with a single kidney is pervasive patient relationship with disease that is specific psychological construct that consists of six components: physical, emotional, psychological (personal), psychosocial, and cognitive information motivational and behavioral. The first four components are the basis of formation of anomalies relations system of the patient's disease and the development of psychological maladjustment, the last two - the main ways to overcome them. State individual components and specific forms of mutual influences resource adaptive changes - integral characteristic that determines the scope and content of the activities of medical and psychological support, which aim to modify lifestyle of the patient. On the basis of summarizing the data, developed and successfully introduced into clinical urological practice 4-stap system management of medical and psychological support, including psychological preparation for extracorporeal lithotripsy, psychodiagnostics, correction and efficient.
