The triangular approach which combines concept analysis in the study of the concept TOLERANCE in the discourses of security and intelligence services of the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia and Ukraine has been put forward; cognitive-pragmatic parameters of the concept TOLERANCE have been defined; the level of formedness of the concept TOLERANCE OF THE SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE SERVICE in national worldviews has been studied; the framework parameters of the discourse of tolerance in institutional communications have been determined; the dynamics of the discourse of tolerance of security and intelligence services as a consequence of information influence during the periods of 2011-2013 and 2014-2015 within the paradigm INTOLERANCE-TOLERANCE-ZERO TOLERANCE have been analyzed.
