The dissertation is devoted to complex research and action of the international treaties in domestic law of the Anglo-Saxon legal system. Attention is devoted to analysis of characteristics of the concepts of interaction of international and national law in the light of application of international treaties in the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal system. Attention also focuses on the research value of the international treaty, custom and establishing their place in the legal sources of Anglo-Saxon legal system.
