Mu'awya S. Pregravid correction of cervical incompetence during miscarriage abortion.

The work is dedicated to the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and prediction of cervical incompetence. Developed and introduced into clinical practice a new method uterus correction in pregravid period - biorevitalisation on hyaluronic acid to restore the physiological cervical sphincter before pregnancy. The study of structural and functional characteristics of the cervix, the features of its blood supply, immunologic and biochemical composition of the cervical mucus in pregravid period. Studied the receptor apparatus of the endometrium and cervical mucosa by immunohistochemical and histological examination, which expanded the understanding of the etiopathogenic mechanisms of formation of functional cervical incompetence and early preclinical diagnosis of its development. Informative criterion of effectiveness of the treatment, it is suggested to use the determination of the concentration of hydrocarbon components of glycoproteins hexoses and neuraminidase in the cervical mucus at the cervical incompetence. The proposed system of diagnostics, prevention, differentiated treatment and management of women with cervical incompetence has reduced the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications and reduce morbidity and infant mortality.
