Fedoriuk O. The correction of psycho-pysiological state of people of older age in the process of the recreational and motor activities of older age.

This thesis is devoted to the problems of optimization of physical recreation of the older teachers system. The author analysed their psycho-physiological condition and their quality of life. The main problems of physical recreation organization was defined, it became the foundation of the set of measures for raising the level of recreational activity of older teachers development and justification. The program on raising the level of the recreational activity of older teachers was developed, the basic principles of which are conducting year-round exercise in the natural, geographical and climatic conditions dividing older teachers into groups of the recreational activity and the degree of the motor activity. The program model of the recreational activity of the older teachers is justified and implemented by the author. The system of providing the teacher of older age with high-quality services in physical recreation on the territorial level is optimized by the author. Effectiveness of the proposed measures for the sleeping improvement of older teachers is proved.
