The thesis is devoted to optimization of tactics of treatment of bacterial vaginosisof women in reproductive age on the basis of evaluation of the composition and quantitative ratio between the norm biota and opportunistic vaginal micro biota, as well as the improvement and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures. Study of qualitative and quantitative composition of vaginal biocenosis with bacterial vaginos is was conducted based on the use of Amsel criteria and Femoflor 16research. That allowed evaluating the prognostic value of negative and positive results of such methods. It was found that the spectrum of microorganisms that occurred with bacterial vaginosiswere very wide and characterized by a predominance of anaerobic microflora associations. It was revealed that there were no universal bacteria, which would be present in all cases of bacterial vaginosis, and also that BV-associated microorganisms did not have high specificity and were also found in healthy women in low concentrations. It was determined that the carrying out of personalized causal (etiotropic) treatment, taking into account the sensitivity of microorganisms associated with bacterial vaginosis and their quantitative ratio, provided a lasting effect of treatment in 97.5% of cases, which expressed by a decrease of relapses rate of bacterial vaginosisin 10-12 times. The obtained results allowed to substantiatescientifically the need for diagnosticand therapeutic measures improvement, directed to the decrease of gynecological morbidity of women of reproductive age.
