Yakovenko Y. Forming professional skills of future officers of special purpose units of the National Guard of Ukraine

The dissertation is theoretical and experimental research of the problem of professional skills formation of special purpose units future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine. The work disclosed the concept of "professional skills". The main groups were determined and the content of professional skills formation of special purpose units' future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine was specified; the criteria, indexes and levels of their formation were specified. It was experimentally proved that the efficiency of formation of professional skills of special purpose units' future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine is provided by scientifically grounded technology that consists of such stages: preparatory (preparation of educational and methodological supply of special subjects for formation of professional skills of special purpose units' future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine), motivational (disclosure of the significance of the profession and professional skills formation of special purpose units' future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine), procedure-practical (practical mastering of professional skills in the educational process, including military training and military practices), analytical stage (analysis and self-analysis of professional skills formation of special purpose units' future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine).
