Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the philosophical grounding of the main dimensions of distance education as a phenomenon, that has a clear humanistic orientation of information and communication tools and technologies, and presented as certainly innovative form of education progress of the XXI century. The conceptual focus is highlighted, according to which the distance education is defined by the opportunities and prospects, that offered for formation of personality as a coherent, harmonious development, to transform the subject (bearer of activity) into subjection (bearer of creativity).
