Essay

Scientifically grounded model of family planning to HIV-infected women for the cross-sectoral approach and innovative institutional mechanisms with proven economic, medical and social efficiency introduces amendments to domestic normative acts to ensure the effective family planning services to HIV-infected women by their decentralization, particularly HIV-positive women with unwanted pregnancies, the stage of the disease AIDS and injecting drug users because of the lack of adherence to preventive measures is the source of HIV infection of newborns and a major factor in child abandonment.
