The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problem of formation of readiness to professionally oriented language communication of future professionals in technical profile colleges. The thesis developed scientific positions of ways to improve the learning process of foreign language communication of students in technical colleges on the basis of accounting individual capabilities and enhancing their motivation to learn. Professionally-oriented foreign language communication is described as means for professional and personal development, possessing a set of communicative skills. The peculiarities of teaching foreign language communication students of technical disciplines that must be considered in the didactic and methodological organization of educational process are turned out.
