Kolisnyk N. Professional competence of agribusiness future managers in the study of economic disciplines

Nature of the term «the professional competence of agribusiness manager» was identified and theoretically grounded in the investigation. Its structure and the list of professionally important qualities that agricultural managers will need in their future careers were also defined in the work. The content and structure of economic subjects, the current state of future managers of agriculture training also formed an important part of the investigation. Pedagogical conditions of agribusiness future managers professional competence were revealed in the investigation: pedagogical conditions that affect the motivationalvalue components: stable motives for learning activities formation, grave attitude of students to future careers development; pedagogical conditions that affect personal and reflective component of professional competence: the formation of student's need in selfdevelopment and self-study, activation of students cognitive activity; pedagogical conditions that affect cognitive procedural component of professional competence: mastery of economic knowledge and awareness of their importance for future professional activity, improving the pedagogical skills of teachers and the clear structure of educational information. The method of agribusiness managers professional competence formation was developed and tested during the investigation. Its essence is in its modular construction of content subjects using active and interactive teaching methods, the special structure of the practical knowledge and the introduction of various forms of self-study and control.
