Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of development of pedagogical competence of teachers of agricultural universities of I-II levels of accreditation in the terms of the scientific and methodological center "Agroosvita". The essence of the concepts of "development of pedagogical competence of teacher of the university of I-II levels of accreditation", "multimedia software-methodical complex", "innovative learning environment" is analyzed based on psychological and pedagogical literature. The structure of pedagogical competence of the teacher, which consists of the motivational, cognitive, conative, personal components, is determined. The model of pedagogical competence of teachers of agricultural universities of I-II levels of accreditation in the terms of the scientific and methodological center that aims to achieve a qualitatively new (higher) level of pedagogical competence for effective implementation of professional activity and is based on consideration of socio-educational request is developed, scientifically grounded and tested. The model is solid, open, dynamic pedagogical system, represented by interconnected blocks - methodological, prognostic and analytical, motivational-targeted, content-procedural, evaluation-corrective. A multimedia program-methodical complex that promoted the development of pedagogical competence of teachers that proved experimentally is created. It is founded that the innovation environment of scientific and methodological center has the following features: methodological, epistemological, practical, communication, information, coordination and consulting, ideological, organizational and educational. Scientific and methodological center forms a single methodological, information-educational and innovative environment; it is the center of networking agrarian universities. Methods of qualimetric data science is used for analyzing the results of pedagogical experiment. The results of experimental research confirmed the effectiveness of the model of pedagogical competence of teachers of agricultural universities of I-II levels of accreditation in the terms of scientific and methodological center.
