Mikichurova O. The principle of mutual benefit in international economic law.

The dissertation considers a comprehensive analysis of the principle of mutual benefit. For the first time in a domestic science of international law it was analyzed the concept and history of formation of the principle of mutual benefit, the peculiarities and the main stages of its consolidation as a principle of international economic law. It was also analyzed the relation of the principle of mutual benefit with the basic principles of international law. There are such basic criteria of practical research of the principle of mutual benefit implementation: the equivalence of the exchange and satisfaction of the parties about the cooperation results. It was revealed the practical aspect and implementation dynamics of the principle of mutual benefit implementation, the UN and other multilateral international economic organizations at the global level - the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank (WB), World Trade Organization (WTO) and at the region level - the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the European Union (EU). The special consideration was given to the practice of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the principle of mutual benefit at global level - UN, WTO, IMF, WB; regional level - EU and CIS; the level of bilateral cooperation the Russian Federation (RF) and the United States of America (USA).
