The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of conservative treatment of internal genital endometriosis in women with fibrocystic mastopathy by the development of an integrated treatment based on the gene polymorphism of detoxification system. The results of RET-rospective research allowed to identify the major biomedical risk factors of genital endometriosis: a family form of endometriosis was found in 61.3% of patients; a combination of endometriosis with disgormonalnye diseases thresh-tion of the glands was observed in 85.3% of people. The severity of the disease was changed depending on the presence of polymorphism of genes GSTT1 and GSTM1. According to the calculations coefficient OR in women with deleting polymorphism of genes of the phase II detoxification system the risk of dis-minore heavy and moderate increases of 1.8 and 2.0 times, chronic pelvic pain is 1.6 and 1.2 times, disparen 1.3 and 2.0 times, mastalgia 2.4 and 0.8 times, respectively. According to the calculations of the Pearson correlation coefficient, we identified a moderate relationship to the presence of chronic th pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea in patients with telecine polymorphisms genes of detoxification system (KP=0.27 and 0.24, respectively). A clinical study proved the efficacy of hormonal treatment in combination with immunomodulatory and targeted therapy in the form of regression of pain syndrome, reduction of recurrence, and restore fertility.
