Essay

Dissertation is sanctified to the problems of optimization of diagnostic and curative measures for patients with the DE of the second stage by studying cerebral hemodynamics habits and vascular remodeling state and and their corrections. The analysis of clinical displays educed prevailing of the cephalgic, vestibule-ataxic, asthenic syndromes and also syndrome of the cognitive disorders. It is set that cerebral hemodynamics change with the DE of the second stage is represented by development of venous disfunction in combination with reduction of the vasodilatation reserve on a background the decline of speed of cerebral blood stream. The cerebral venous dysfunction presence is associated with the higher rate of the cephalgic syndrome beginning. It is proved a formation of functional change of brachiocephalic arteries as the increase of arterial stiffness by means of intima-media complex thickening and atherosclerotic plaques formation among the patients with discirculatory encephalopathy of the second stage. It is educed the close association between of serum levels of C-reactive albumen, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and the stable metabolites of the nitric oxide on the hypertriglyceridemia background with the thickening of intima-media complex, the increase of inflexibility of wall of brachiocephalgic arteries and the development of atherosclerotic plaques. It is well-proven the positive influence of complex therapy by preparations L-agrinine, L-lizine aescinat and diosmin on clinical displays, state of cerebral hemodynamics and the state of the proinflammatory activating for patients with the DE of the second stage.
