Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and practical bases for introduction of integrated management systems based on risk-oriented approach in the food industry. According to the research object a structure of integrated management system based on risk-oriented approach in the meat industry is suggested. In the thesis the methodology of IMS construction based on risk analysis during the process of meat production is described. Analytical dependency, which allows to estimate, generalize and show in a matrix the interdependence of dangerous factors influencing the business environment and structural elements of IMS, was elaborated. The model for determining vector of priorities of management systems in the process of decision making about the use of resources in order to reduce the influence of different factors on the management system was constructed. An additional point is that in case of a change of the condition of enterprise or its environment it is necessary to recalculate the vectors of priorities, compare it with the previous one and identify the need to rebuild IMS. The matrix of connection between impact factors and indicators of IMS was structured. The improved math model of evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of integrated management systems on the basis of cost analysis was offered.
