This dissertation contains a development of a complex concept of the corporate culture as a factor of managing the economical organization, represented as a system of concepts, that reflects the main actors in the economical organization management, a logic of the corporate culture genesis, its instrumental value in the management process and also principles and social mechanisms of the appropriate corporate culture types formation and development, which represent the system of management in the economical organization. The corporate culture in the economical organization has been examined from the standpoint of system and integrative approaches, within which, on the one hand, the corporate culture is represented as a system of norms and values, that provide development and survival of the economical organization, and, on the other hand, it is considered as a result of not only projective managers activity, but also of a staff selforganization practices in the economical organization. The author has elaborated a system of criteria for typologizing corporate cultures and a corporate leadership. Besides that, basic principles of the corporate culture formation as a factor of the economic organization management have been defined.
