Kuklo O. Psycho-pedagogical conditions of the communicative competence development of future law enforcement officers.

This thesis research is dedicated to psycho-pedagogical conditions of the communicative competence development of future law enforcement officers. In the paper, basic functions and components of communicative competence of law enforcement entities and factors of its formation and development are analytically displayed. It is also proved that the organized system of these factors is considered to be the psycho-pedagogical conditions of efficiency of this process. The paper presents the program and methods of empirical research of psychological attributes of communicative character and personal formations which are related to them. Analysis of the obtained results has shown that these properties and formation of the research subject are generally favorable for the establishment of psycho-pedagogical conditions of the communicative competence development. Forming-experimental model of psycho-pedagogical conditions of communicative competence development of future law enforcement officers is presented in the paper; methodical basis of this model is training that is aimed at the development of this competence at all psychical levels of its functioning: motivational, intellectual, cognitive, emotional, communicative-conative. The results of forming experiment have confirmed the validity and effectiveness of this model and training. Results generalization of all aspects of our research has allowed us to justify the psycho-pedagogical conditions of the communicative competence development of future law enforcement officers.
